Danny was a family friend and my friend for more than 50 years. His father and brothers were all South Pas. grads. He had a rough childhood with serious medical issues. He worked manufacturing scientific instruments and was a qualified ironworker. Sadly a motorcycle accident and a serious industrial accident stunted and marred his adult life. He moved to Dewey AZ. in 2003 and made new friends and spent his time fixing and improving a ranchette he bought. Danny could be irascible and bitter about the cards fate had dealt him but at his core, he was a generous friend who liked helping others. He loved having a beer with his buds at Gus's Bar on Fair Oakes. He loved camping in northern California and riding motorcycles. R.I.P. old friend your long travail is over.
